Notes

  • The housekeeper are not able to speak English, The introducer will translate the information and inform the housekeeper about the job details. If you need English support after that, please call introducer.
    (Phone availability hours : Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM except public holidays)
  • 1100yen will be charged as an acceptance fee for the first time only.
  • Transportation fee for the housekeepers is to be paid by the customer.
  • Please provide all equipment and other materials required for the job.
  • The price will be 30％ more when it`s holiday season :December 31st to January 3rd and August 13th to 16th
  • Basic rate working hours is 9AM to 5PM .If outside standard hours, overtime charges will apply.
  • Cancellation fee is 100% if it`s on the day,and 50% for day before, for any reason.
  • Please provide details of your requirements so that we can find the right housekeeper for you.
  • We do not engage in cleaning that requires specialized skills , work that is deemed dangerous.
  • We can`t be held responsible for any accidents that may occur if you ride in a car driven by a housekeeper , please ask to be accompanied by a taxi.
